These Terms of Service govern your access and use of vrtide.com and all purchase inquiries, orders and transactions for vehicles and auto spare parts made through our website. By browsing, submitting inquiries or placing orders on this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

  1. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use this website and place orders. If you are purchasing on behalf of a business entity, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity.
  2. Product Information We sell vehicles and auto spare parts. We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, fitment information, specifications and compatibility details are accurate. However, fitment confirmation is the buyer’s responsibility. You shall verify vehicle model, year, VIN and part compatibility before placing an order. Product photos are for reference only.
  3. Pricing & Payment All prices shown on the website are quoted in the currency displayed on the product page. Prices are subject to change without prior notice before order confirmation. An order is only confirmed after we receive your full payment and send you a formal order confirmation email. We use authorized third-party payment processors. We do not store your full credit card information.
  4. Order Acceptance We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing error, suspected fraud, inaccurate fitment information, or compliance risk. If we cancel your order after payment, we will process a full refund to you.
  5. Buyer Responsibilities You are responsible for confirming import regulations, customs duties, import permits and local tax requirements in your destination country before purchase. It is your obligation to comply with local import laws.
  6. Intellectual Property All text, images, logos and content on vrtide.com are the intellectual property of Weilan Auto Export Limited. You may not copy, distribute or reuse our website content without our written permission.
  7. Limitation of Liability We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our products, including loss of profit, vehicle downtime or repair labour cost, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the relevant order.
  8. Dispute Resolution Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall first be settled by friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
  9. Amendment We may update these Terms at any time. Revised terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.
