Shipping Policy 运输政策

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on vrtide.com, operated by Weilan Auto Export Limited, governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
- Shipping Arrangement We will arrange shipment after your payment is fully confirmed and your order is verified. We ship internationally via freight forwarders, sea freight or land freight according to destination country and product type.
- Processing Time Standard order processing time is 3–7 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing time may be extended for out-of-stock items or vehicle orders, we will notify you in advance.
- Delivery Time Estimated transit time is for reference only. Transit delays may be caused by customs inspection, border control, weather, carrier schedule adjustment or other force majeure factors. We are not liable for losses caused by shipping delays.
- Customs, Duties and Taxes All import duties, customs clearance fees, local taxes and inspection charges at the destination country are borne by the buyer. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check local import rules and obtain required import documents. We will provide export documents for customs declaration.
- Risk of Loss Risk of loss and damage transfers to you once the goods are handed over to the logistics carrier. If goods arrive damaged or lost in transit, you must file a claim with the freight company. We will assist you to provide supporting documents.
- Shipping Address You must provide an accurate and complete delivery address. If you input the wrong address and cause re-delivery or return, all extra freight cost will be charged to you.
- Tracking Once goods are dispatched, we will send you the tracking number and logistics information by email.
