Refund Policy 退款政策

This Refund Policy applies to all orders of vehicles and auto spare parts purchased via vrtide.com, operated by Weilan Auto Export Limited, governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
- Pre-Shipment Cancellation & Refund You may cancel your order before we arrange shipment. Send your cancellation request to support@vrtide.com. Once approved, we will initiate the refund. The refund will be processed via your original payment method. Refund arrival time depends on your payment provider and card issuing bank.
- Return & Refund After Delivery Returns are accepted only if:
- The item received is wrong, defective, or significantly different from our official product description;
- You notify us by email within 7 calendar days after receiving the goods, and provide clear photos or videos as evidence.
Before returning goods, you must obtain a return authorization number (RMA) from us. Goods returned without RMA will be rejected. Products must be returned unused, unmodified, in original packaging. Installed parts, modified parts, custom-ordered spare parts are NOT eligible for return or refund.
- Costs for Return If the return is caused by our mistake (wrong item, factory defect), we cover the reasonable return shipping cost. If you return the item for personal reasons such as ordering the wrong part, you are responsible for all return freight, customs charges and handling fees. A restocking fee may apply.
- Non-Refundable Situations
- Parts already installed, used, damaged by improper installation or misuse;
- Custom-made, special-order parts;
- Goods damaged during international transit due to carrier handling (you need to file claim directly with logistics provider);
- You fail to provide valid evidence within the required notification window.
- Refund Timeline After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will complete the refund review within 14 working days.
